New teams created to further improve support for Broker partners
Following high new business volumes and significant loan book growth, broker funding specialist - Close Brothers Business Finance - has further invested in its sales function by establishing new teams to provide an even higher level of support for its Broker partners supporting the UK’s SMEs
The key changes are:
- Broker Relationship Manager (BRM) team created, consisting of four colleagues based out of the Hessle office who will own and manage their own broker portfolios. They will physically sit alongside credit and operations colleagues, ensuring an improved and more seamless experience for Brokers
- Centre of Excellence team established in Trafford and focused on Broker Management and Compliance across Close Brothers Business Finance. This team will look to improve the Broker on-boarding experience and ongoing care, among other responsibilities
- Chris Harris promoted into the new role of Business Development Director, continuing our focus on colleague progression
