Typical terms range from 12 months up to 84 months for certain asset types, including HGVs, trucks, trailers, coaches, and buses.

Fast decisions: your proposal checklist


To help us reach a quick, reliable decision, please provide:

  • KEY BUSINESS DETAILS: Business name, address, registration number, contact information, and main director/proprietor
  • FULL ASSET INFORMATION: Make, model, and cost
  • FINANCIALS: Where available and relevant to the deal size, such as bank statements and accounts
  • ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: Any other details that could help our Underwriters make a prompt, reliable decision


    Please note: This list isn’t exhaustive. Depending on the nature of the request, we may ask for further information – your BDM or Underwriter will let you know if anything else is needed.

    Documentation made simple


    When requesting documentation, please:

    • Use our e-docs service - electronic documents are sent directly to your customer and returned to us once signed
    • Attach the supplier invoice (where applicable)
    • Include rates for yield % and commission %
    • Specify deposit / term if different from the original approval
    • Provide the customer’s email address and mobile number

    Payout: minimum requirements


    To ensure a smooth payout process, please provide:

    • Commission invoice
    • Signed documents (unless completed via e-sign by your customer)
    • Any other relevant documentation, such as credit condition items or updated supplier invoice
