Close Brothers Broker Solutions strengthens team with highly regarded Head of Operations
We are delighted to announce that Rachel Eckersley-Fallon has joined Close Brothers Brokers Solutions as our Head of Operations, who will play a key role in implementing the team’s ambition of being the preferred funder for brokers, vendors and intermediaries!
Rachel is well known and respected in the sector, having spent the last two decades leading back-office Operations teams for Allica Bank, Santander and Lombard.
Rachel previously worked closely with the Managing Director of Close Brothers Broker Solution, Richard Cameron, at Allica Bank where together they were instrumental in designing and building the Operations function, resulting in an automated, paperless back office that allowed money to be more efficiently released.
“I’m delighted to be working with Richard and the team at Close Brothers Broker Solutions,” said Rachel. “It’s a very exciting moment in our evolution as we continue the work of bringing together our various broker teams and driving significant value.
“My job will be to focus on our back-office activity and streamline the customer journey as much as possible, with speed of service being a key driver.
